Who we are and what we do.

Carroll Design Co. was founded by Maegan Carroll-Simmons in 2018 as a response to a need for more effective visual branding for small businesses. She saw an opportunity to help businesses thrive in the marketplace by providing them with memorable, cohesive, and representative branding materials. In 2022, Carroll Design Co. grew into a team of creatives to expand our services beyond graphic design and relaunched in 2023. Since then, we continue to be a resource for new and established brands in need of compelling visual branding, graphic design, photography, videography, website design, copywriting, social media, and mural work. We also offer services for individuals needing wedding invitations, residential murals, and portrait photography.

Maegan Carroll-Simmons

Founder & Creative Director

Maegan is an award winning artist and graphic designer from Lakeland, Florida, with over a decade of experience in the creative marketing industry. She uses her talent for design and creative direction to help brands showcase their values and personality through visual media.

After earning a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design with a minor in Journalism and Public Relations, she acquired a Master of Business Administration in Executive Leadership. The range of education she received has helped her turn a side hustle into a successful creative agency that transforms and builds brands that stand out.

Daniel
Carroll-Simmons

Photographer

Daniel’s dad was a photographer for the FBI at the beginning of his career and his dad’s film cameras sparked his interest in photography in 2015. Since then, Daniel has worked photographing events, engagements, studio portraits, branded photoshoots, and products. He believes photography utilizes connection and brings people together, both in front of and behind the lens.

Copywriter & Editor

Jordan is a Florida native who grew up invested in the arts. Understanding from an early age how powerful storytelling can be, she sought out a Bachelor of Arts in English, a minor in Creative Writing, and a certificate in Deaf Studies from Southeastern University and gained experience in marketing and publishing. She uses her education, experience, and love of art and design to communicate in ways that are creative, conscious, and effective.

Kaf‘s passion is helping brands thrive in the digital landscape. Known for her innovative approach and strategic mindset, she has successfully developed and executed result-driven social media and digital marketing campaigns for clients in a diverse range industries. She understands the power of storytelling and leverages various platforms to create engaging content that captivates audiences and drives brand awareness.

Rebekah
Sikes

Assistant Graphic Designer

Rebekah loves creating with all mediums and specializes in graphic design. She graduated from Southeastern University with a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design and a Master of Business Administration in Design Management. During her time there, she designed for their marketing department and freelanced for local businesses and large companies alike. She is inspired by artists like Wayne Thiebaud and Monet, and loves the organic use of shape and lines found in designs of the Art Nouveau movement.
