Though they have their rightful place, wellness goes beyond doctor’s visits and prescriptions. Craving wellness, founder and certified health coach Saundra Biddinger began a low carb diet to combat personal health challenges in 2018. As she shared her journey and knowledge with others, they started seeking her expertise for their nutrition goals as well.
She also noticed a need for more varied nutrition coaching approaches in the Lakeland, Florida, area. In response, she established Low Carb Ambition—her way of providing affordable, personalized health coaching for low carb diets so her community can eat well to live well.
